Pan Fried Haddock

Pan Fried Haddock is best cooked as simple as possible as to savour the flavour of the fish. 

4 Haddock Fillets 

1 tbs Olive oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Lemon wedge

Add Olive Oil to a hot skillet.  Salt Haddock then QUICKLY fry the fish for about 3-4 minutes on one side.  Flip it over and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.  Test the fish with a fork,if it separetes easily, it's done.  You will know it's cooked as soon as the fish flakes with a fork.  Plate it... put on some fresly ground pepper and lemon juice.  Serve on a bed of rice or with a mixed green salad.  Serves 4
